How to Apply for a New Driver’s License in Roseau, Dominica
If you are a CBI citizen and do not yet have a Dominican driver’s license, this is the standard process.
Where to Apply
- Applications are handled through an approved CBI agency:
- Inland Revenue Division
- Traffic Department (Roseau)
- Documents Usually Required
- Dominican passport
- Passport-size photos
- Proof of local address (where applicable)
- Application form
- Government fees
- If you already hold a foreign driver’s license, you may qualify for conversion instead of a full application.
