If you are a Dominica citizenship by investment (CBI) citizen, first identify whether you have ever held a Dominica driver’s licence. A first application and a renewal use different supporting documents. Our team assists with the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) authorization request and local processing.
Applying for your first Dominica licence
For an initial review, our new licence service asks for your Dominica passport bio page, Certificate of Naturalization, current foreign driver’s licence, passport photographs and an image of your signature. If the foreign licence is not in English, a translation may be needed. We will check the current requirements and confirm the application route before submission.
Renewing an existing Dominica licence
If you already hold a Dominica licence, tell us its expiry date and send a copy along with your passport bio page and Certificate of Naturalization. We will confirm whether updated photographs or other documents are required in your circumstances.
